Tina's Top 5
Tina's Top 5
Tina’s exclusive edit of her current essential recommendations, from how to help Texans in need to the beauty products guaranteed to deliver a mid-winter pick-me-up.
1. Texas Food Banks
There are a lot of pressing issues to speak up on at the moment, but really urgent is the situation in Texas. I live in Dallas, so I’ve seen a lot of the devastation firsthand: People need relief and they need food. I’m donating to food banks, including the Houston Food Bank, Central Texas Food Bank in Austin and North Texas Food Bank, which helps the Dallas area.
2. The SCULPT Arm Compound
A stark change of topic, but I can’t say it enough: This is my dream product come true. For years, I fantasized about invisible shapewear in a bottle and here it is. Every time I apply The SCULPT, which I like to do fresh out of the shower over my arms, neck and even hands, I can feel my skin instantly tightening up.
Available at U Beauty.
3. Jones Road The Face Pencil
Minimalist makeup is my modus operandi these days, and this multitasking pencil from Bobbi Brown’s new-ish line can be used as an upgrade for your current concealer or blended all-over for a light wash of coverage. Moisture is maintained thanks to shea butter and castor seed oil.
Available at Jones Road.
3. Ilia Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil
I’m loving all things Ilia at the moment, and their cushiony lip oil is as luxurious as it is natural-feeling. No surprise it gets a boost from active levels of hyaluronic acid (aka the main ingredient that powers The SUPER Hydrator).
Available at Ilia Beauty.
You know I love some smart science, and Virtue Labs is advancing the hair game with a first-of-its-kind Alpha Keratin 60ku protein. Think of this color-safe pairing as a smoothing treatment that nourishes and cleanses your hair for zero frizz.
Available at Virtue Labs.
