60-Day Returns
We think you'll love our products, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we have a flexible return policy.
How It Works
- You have up to 60 days from the date delivered displayed on your tracking to make a return.
- Products can be unopened and unused or opened and used.
- All store credits will be issued immediately upon receipt. All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt.
- Shipping charges are not refunded and shipping costs incurred for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Simply email us with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return at info@theubeauty.co.uk within 60 days of purchase.
- We'll provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions.
